Terms & Conditions "Booking"

PLEASE READ AS YOUR RESERVATION ACKNOWLEDGES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payments can be made by any major credit card, or check using our online pay by check form. The listed room prices are for check or cash payments and reflect a 3.5% discount for not using a Visa or Mastercard. If you cancel, your refund will not include the credit card fees as the bank keeps those. We are accepting American Express with a 5% fee. We also take PayPal (@YourTribeTravel), Venmo (@YourTribeTravel), and Wise for our non-US based clients. For newbies booking for the first time, no charges or checks will be deposited without prior notice to and confirmation from you.

All vouchers, all free promotions (for example 12 nights/$700 credit), all resort credits or special offers or compensation offers are subject to final acceptance by the resort. Sometimes auditors find discrepancies after the trip is completed. We reserve the right to collect additional funds should the resort deny any of the items above.

Returned checks for any reason that is not a mistake by Your Tribe Travel, LLC, for example, insufficient funds and or incorrect account numbers entered by the issuer are charged a $35.00 returned check fee. If a check is returned because of something we did wrong then of course we absorb any fees. If not, you agree to pay this sum for any and all other reasons. In addition, at our discretion we may impose just a $50.00 cancellation charge instead of the cancellation penalties above for any cancellation made within 48 hours of confirmation by us.

Reservation Name or date changes within 120 days of Group check in are charged $25 per change. Any term above that we modify for someone does not modify or eliminate any of the other terms. We reserve the right to alter payment dates (later than above). We may also alter amounts per payment as requested by the client (upon written request). By filling out the online reservation form, or agreeing to a cloning of a previous reservation, you agree to all of the terms and conditions above.

Classic & Premium rooms: A $350 per person deposit is all that is required at time of booking to secure your classic room, or $600 per person deposit for Premium Rooms (for reservations made prior to July 14th, 2024). 50% of the balance will be due on July 14th, 2024 and the final balance on or before January 15th, 2025. Reservations made after July 15th, 2024 will be 50% at time of reservation and final balance on or before January 15th, 2025. Airfare is due at the time of booking. Cancel penalties: Airfare is non-refundable (most airlines allow a credit good for one year from time of purchase with some penalty).

Jacuzzi Suites: A $600 per person deposit is all that is required at time of booking to secure your Jacuzzi Suite (for reservations made prior to July 14th, 2024). 50% of the balance will be due by July 14th, 2024 and the final balance on or before January 15th, 2025. Reservations made after July 14th, 2024 will be 50% at time of reservation and final balance on or before January 15th, 2025. Airfare is due at the time of booking. Cancel penalties: Airfare is non-refundable (most airlines allow a credit good for one year from time of purchase with some penalty).

• Between September 7th and October 8th, 2024 incur a $350 penalty per person.
• Between October 9th and November 19th, 2024 incur a $600 penalty per person.
• Between November 20th and January 14th, 2025 - 50% Cancellation Fee.
• After January 15th, 2025 - 100% Cancellation Fee.

Jacuzzi Suites

• cancel before September 7th, 2024 with no penalty.
• Between September 7th, 2024 and October 8th, 2024 incur a $600 penalty per person.
• Between October 9th and November 19th, 2024 incur a $1200 penalty per person.
• Between November 20th and January 14th, 2025 - 50% Cancellation Fee.
• After January 15th, 2025 - 100% Cancellation Fee.

All reservations forms are done on an encrypted secure server. (128 bit secure server certificate on an https address).

Upon acceptance of my reservations, I, for myself, my heirs and assigns, hereby release Your Tribe Travel, LLC and any and all of their owners, investors, subsidiaries, representatives and sponsors from any and all liability arising from illness, injury, or death I may suffer as a result of participation at this event. I attest that I am physically fit and I am aware that my participation in activities could, in some circumstances, result in physical injury.
